1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MigReborn application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
MigReborn is a social chat application that provides features including public and private chat rooms, group messaging, user profiles, virtual gifts, game bots, leaderboards, feed/timeline, and a merchant/wallet system.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- One person may not maintain more than one account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. User Conduct
When using MigReborn, you agree NOT to:
- Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Use automated systems or bots without authorization
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
- Share content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Engage in scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
5. Virtual Currency & Purchases
- MigReborn may offer virtual currency, gifts, and digital items for purchase
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability of virtual items
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create and share on MigReborn. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The MigReborn name, logo, design, and all related trademarks are the property of MigReborn. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8A. Child Safety
mig33 Reborn has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our prohibited conduct, reporting, review, enforcement, and legal escalation standards are published in our Child Safety Standards.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MigReborn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
