mig33 Reborn is a social chat application that provides features including public and private chat rooms, group messaging, user profiles, virtual gifts, game bots, leaderboards, feed/timeline, and a merchant/wallet system.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- One person may not maintain more than one account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. User Conduct
When using mig33 Reborn, you agree NOT to:
- Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases
- mig33 Reborn may offer virtual currency, gifts, and digital items for purchase
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability of virtual items
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create and share on mig33 Reborn. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The mig33 Reborn name, logo, design, and all related trademarks are the property of mig33 Reborn. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
