1. Our Commitment
mig33 Reborn has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, extorts, or otherwise endangers a child. These standards apply to every user and to all public rooms, private chats, group chats, feeds, comments, profiles, images, videos, and other user-generated content available through our service.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not create, upload, request, store, share, promote, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, computer-generated, or AI-generated depictions.
- Sexual grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication involving a child.
- Sextortion, sexual trafficking, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child.
- Links, instructions, communities, or transactions that enable CSAE or access to CSAM.
- Threats, coercion, blackmail, or any other conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child.
3. How to Report a Child Safety Concern
Users can report eligible feed posts and comments through the report action available in the mig33 Reborn app. For CSAE concerns involving a room, private chat, group chat, profile, account, or other content, contact our child safety team at migmanforever@gmail.com with the subject [Child Safety].
Include the username, room or conversation name, approximate date and time, and a clear description. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or an appropriate child protection authority immediately.
4. Review and Enforcement
Child safety reports are prioritized for review. When we identify content or conduct that violates these standards, we may remove or restrict the content, suspend or permanently ban accounts, preserve relevant records when legally required, and take other measures necessary to protect users and the service. Attempts to evade enforcement may result in additional account and device restrictions.
5. CSAM Response
When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. This may include restricting access, preserving required evidence, removing content, disabling accounts, and reporting confirmed material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority.
6. Legal Compliance
mig33 Reborn complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with valid legal requests from law enforcement and authorized child protection organizations. We maintain processes for reviewing reports, enforcing these standards, and escalating confirmed child safety incidents to the appropriate authority.
7. Reporter Privacy
We handle child safety reports with care and limit access to people who need the information for safety review, enforcement, legal compliance, or reporting to authorities. We may be unable to disclose investigation details or enforcement outcomes when doing so could compromise privacy, safety, or a legal process.
